✨ What is the 20/20/20 Ritual?
It’s a 60-minute morning practice, broken into 3 intentional blocks of 20 minutes — designed to wake up your body, mind and mood, before the world asks anything of you.
⏱️ 20 minutes of movement
A walk, yoga, stretching, dancing — anything to move your body and activate your energy.
⏱️ 20 minutes of reflection
This is a no-screen moment. Try meditation, journaling, prayer, or simply breathing with intention. It calms the nervous system and sets a grounded emotional tone.
⏱️ 20 minutes of learning
Listen to a podcast, read something inspiring, or watch a short video that expands your perspective. Fueling your mind early boosts motivation for the rest of your day.
